I Am 28 Yrs Old Hv 2 Healthy Children With

I am 28 yrs old hv 2 healthy children with healthy pregnancies.in dec i had misscarriage now i am agian preg n dr advised me to take duphaston 2 times n aspiri one in a day..today i had a little spoting cz i walked alot so my gyne asking to double the duphaston dose 2 morning n 2 night and to leave aspirin..plz tell me is it compulsory to increase dose or should i go for scan..plz guide me
