I am 30 years old and I am suffering from balanitis from last 2 months. Initially, I got medication infection near lips with black dot and later some rediness infection on skin behind the penis head. Few days later, rediness gone and skin become black on one side. I consult a dermatologist and he advised me MUTAZ-F cream for both penis and areas near lips. But still the problem persists with below symptoms
1. Black skin.
2. Sometime burning sensation on penis head while retracting the foreskin.
3. Tight foreskin.
4. Sometime itching on penis head.

I am still using MUTAZ-F cream which give some relief from itching and burning for some time but no permanent cure. Please advice.
