I Am 31 Weeks Pregnant And I Have Gestational Diabetes. How Can I Regulate My Sugar Level ?
Hi, I am in 31 weeks pregnant . found today that I have developed gestational diabetes .. My sugar levels are 116(Fasting) 193(PBBS). Can you please let me know how can this be controlled. I have my Dr appointment coming saturday. Bhavani

welcome to healthcare magic. since you already have an apointment with your docotr this saturday its fine, tyour doctor will explain everything to you. you need a special diet plan charted out by a dietician. also she might want to do a glucose tolerance test to confirm gestational diabetes since your present levels are in the range of ipmaired glucose tolerance and not frank gestational diabetes.
