I'm 32 weeks and I had bad cramps earlier today and now my stomach feels like its going to burst and the baby has been moving like crazy which makes it hurt even worse also have horrible heartburn and rib pain. Do I need to worry? Hi. Welcome To Healthcaremagic

Yes it worrisome. Cramps could be early labor called preterm labor. They can also be pseudo- labor meaning your uterus contact but they are weak and do not result in delivery.

I recommend you to get cervical examination to look for how it is dilated. You also need 1-2 hours observation in Labor Room to look what kind of uterine contractions you have and to look for fetal heart tracing to look for whether the baby is doing all right.
