I am 34 weeks pregnant with elevated sgpt of145 and shot as 60.. I want to know the cause of it and is it very concerning?? I am not alcoholic n have put on weight by 14 KGS frm time I hav conceived and this being my 3rd pregnancy first 2 are c sections..thank you
