I am 35 years old. For last 6 months, I am having severe knees pain and mild back and feet pain. Doctor asked me to do Vitamin D and Calcium tests ; results of which were 10.4 for 25-OH Vitamin D (ETA) and 8.8 for Calcium. I was prescribed Tayo 60K and Shelcal medicines for 3 months. Now that the medicines are over, not sure what to do next. My pains have increased and I am getting cramp in my hands and feet every now and then. The knee pain is extremely severe especially left one and finger joints pain badly too. Kindly advise if I can continue having the same medicines or do some thing else.
