Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 35 years old & have never had issues with eyesight. One random day about 2 years ago I noticed my vision was a little blurry when I was trying to read something. It didn't last long & didn't happen again until few months ago & now it's happening daily. Usually around midday & lasts anywhere from a couple of minutes to 15 minutes. Other than that I'm not unwell but not 100% healthy either. I don't eat as well as I should or exercise as much as I should & I've been under a lot of work related stress the past couple of years & quite often feel exhausted. I live in Vancouver where it's difficult to find a doctor & I'm not confident just going to a walk in clinic where I'll be given 3 minutes to talk. I'm really overdue for a good thorough exam. I guess I just want some reassurance that these things could all be stress related or that my vision issue may not even be linked to the other things as that makes me concerned for something like MS. I realize you can't tell me much from this story....
