I Am 37 Year Old Male. I Am A Half

I am 37 year old male. i am a half a pack a day smoker since i was 17. i was still overall in good health until i broke my back and had a fusion surgery disabling me. i take Vrybiid and Klonopin for tourettes syndrome and Percocet 10mg twice a day for pain along with ibprofin.

Now , i recently have been getting significant swelling in my ankles and feet. It goes away for a while and comes back and it swells pretty bad but it does not hurt. should i be concerned or see a dr
