I am 38years old. Weight - 95kg

I just got my blood results. High RDW (slightly elevated at 14.9% - normal range should be 12.3-14.5)) - Low MCHC ( low at 30% - normal range should be 33.0-36.0). MCH - 25% -( normal range should be 27.0 - 32.0). Neutrophils were slightly low 30.9% (normal range should be 40-70) and his Lymphs were slightly high at 53.9% (normal range should be 20-47) - is this indicative of anything concerning - possibly anemia?
