I Am 39 Year Old Single Mother Of 19 And

I am 39 year old single mother of 19 and 14 year old girl's. I was diagnosed about 10 year's ago with being Bi Polar and highly manic tendencies. I have had my whole family die in traumatic ways.The last family member being my mom last year a week before smash. When she exsploded out of her face and died in my truck. Leaving me with PTSD,I think. I have refused my medicine for years. Thinking I could handle it. I can no longer do that. My 19 year old daughter has been twisting and pulling out her hair. And by reading on it it could be a mental disorder. We have a long family line of it. I was wondering before I go get put on lots of melds that may or may not work. If there was anyone out there who was looking to run any family drug trails or had any advice for myself and my girls. Thank you, Melonie Lee
