I Am 41 Years Old Male. Suddenly, I Found That

I am 41 years old male. Suddenly, i found that my bp is high between 140/100 to 160/100 without showing any symptom to my body. I consult a doctor, she found that my triglyceride is high (270) n VLDL is also high (56). She prescribed Lupiclor 6.25 . I took for 10 days. After that my bp was quite normal about 120/80 to 130/90. I stop taking Lupiclor 6.25 for two days. After that my bp start rising up to 140/100. I consult the doctor again , she prescribed me to take Tazloc ct 40 half (1/2) tab daily morning. It is around 3 days I regularly check my bp morning and evening, it ranges from 130/90 to 120/85. I start evening walk everyday. What i want know from the doctors is that can i withdraw this anti-hypertensive drugs after some time.
