I Am 42 Years Old. Last December I Met With

I am 42 years old. Last December I met with angina pain and was admitted immediately resulting in angiplasty (three blocakdes). Now I am with 4 stents. I have quit smoking but difficult to abandon whisky.
Could I take 60 to 90 ml per week of single malt whiskey ?
