I Am 42 Yrs Old And Was Diagnosed With Chf

I am 42 yrs old and was diagnosed with chf due to a birth defect with my mitral valve. I was given 5 yrs to live after my valve replacement surgery. It has now been almost 9 years since my surgery. I have a pacemaker/defibrillator that was put in 9 yrs ago and has not been changed since..
I know that every person's situation is different, but as more time goes by, each health issue takes longer to recover from. I feel myself getting weaker each time..
My question is this... What is a realistic, rough estimate of my time? No one is willing to give me even a guess..
