I Am 47 Yrs Old And At The Age Of

I am 47 yrs old and at the age of 19, I had an epidural (28 years ago). After numbness wore off everywhere but my complete left leg down into my foot, I was told that this is normal and would adventureally go away. Well it did...3 months later. This morning I woke up and I am experiencing the same thing all over. It has been like this since 5 a.m. this morning and it is now 5:25 p.m. with no change in the feeling. Any indication on what it could be or how long should I wait before getting checked ? I haven't had no problems with my leg since the numbness wore off 28 years ago.
