I Am 49 Had Thrombocytopenia In My Early 20's They

I am 49 had thrombocytopenia in my early 20's they took out my spleen my white blood cell count lingered at 12-14 thousand,I had diverticulitis for the last 15 years, couldn't do anything except take antibiotics at least 5-6 times a year because I had a son with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and no body to take care of him while I had surgery. He passed away November 23, 2014 , so I decided to get done whatever needed to be done. I had an colon resection they took 2 1/2 inches on April 1,2015 and I felt better for 2 or 3 months then I started having fever and pain in my stomach in the same place as before surgery ( left lower right above my hip)and fever 99.8 - 103 my white count 20 - 24 thousands , I ended up going to the ER in July 2015 in pain they tested me for lukemia n lymphoma , they were negative. Went to an infectious disease Dr. on Dec. 4,2015 he ran all kinds of blood test n stool. Everything came back negative except my white count is 28 thousand, he said he was going on vacation and would follow up with me on Jan. 12,2016 at my appointment didn't give me antibiotics or anything, tired of trying to figure out what's wrong with me. Still have fever every day 99 - 101.
