I Am 49 Years Old, White Male. Generally In Good

I am 49 years old, white male. Generally in good health but about 25 pounds over weight and drink and smoke. I have noticed the last couple of years every few months I get some blood in my stool and have some lower abdominal bloating but no real pain. I have attributed this to eating the wrong types of spice but my sister of five years my elder just had surgery for colon cancer and did catch it in time. No one else in my family has had colon cancer that I'm aware of and there is longevity in my family.
