I Am 51 Years Old In Good Health. Lots Of

I am 51 years old in good health. Lots of cardio although almost all cycling. On Saturday, I ran a 5 mile race with no training or stretching (before or after race). On Sunday I developed a shooting pain in my right hip that brings numbness and pain down the outside of my right leg. I cannot lie down due to the pain and cannot use the leg for anything. I'm assuming I pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve but do not know what to do to address it. It is growing in intensity and I cannot sleep.
