I Am 51yo Female - Had Transabdominal & Transvaginal Ultrasound

I am 51yo female - had transabdominal & transvaginal ultrasound today and have uterus bulky 137cc volume. left sided fibroid located posteriorly 3.6cm. - Endometrail thickness is 8mm. The right ovary is 1cc and left ovary is 23cc in volume. A thick septated complex left ovarian lesion measures 2.9 x 2.9cm with internal echogenic foci seen within it. A further complex 11mm left ovarian lesion is present, also demonstrating internal echogenic foci. The two complex left ovarian lesions may be haemorrhagic in nature. Very hemoraging frequent periods and lower abdominal pain. What does this mean??
