I am 52 years old and have pain in my left testical. When self examining their seems to be a large tube like thing attached to the testical. it seems much larger than the one on my right testical. I have frequent urination, no pain when urinating or ejaculating. Could this be epidimitis SP? I also have some lower back pain on either side of my spine. There is no discharge
