I am 52 yrs old, 5' 4" and have hypothyroidism. I am trying to be, carbohydrate and gluten free.
I've been getting conflicting information about what I can and can't eat. No bread ( at all ) unless it is made w/whole grains. Sour dough bread is gluten free but not carb free. Tea is my addiction, not suppose to have it, either. No corn/only GMO corn, no rice/brown rice is ok. No carbs but quinoa is ok in small amounts. I found gluten free beer, but it is still high in carbs.and can't have any alcohol. I've been eating rice and sesame seed crackers. Then read that I can't have rice or sesame seeds. "My ? is" : What can I have that is gluten and carb free? I heard I could have some specific carbs but absolutely no gluten. No sugar...
