I Am 53 Year Old Man Who Has Hypertension, Interstitial

I am 53 year old man who has hypertension, Interstitial Cystitis, Barrett's Esphogus, Syncope-Syndrome, Osteoarthritis and a paralyzed right hemi-diaphragm.

I take a great deal of medications and have started having trouble urinating.

There's no pain, but it just takes some time to think about going rather than just going.

Stream is normal and I sincerely don't have blood, puss or something else beyond the starting problem.

I do have ED, and my wife and I don'thave sex and haven't in over three years.

What should I do?
