I Am 5'7" Age 48 And 250lbs. I Have PCOS,

I am 5'7" age 48 and 250lbs. I have PCOS, while not diagnosed with a disorder stopped eating gluten and stopped having bloating, pain in my abdomen and other issues. I have asthma and many allergies.

Over the years I have on and off had pressure in my chest, felt weak and felt like my heart was not beating normal. I have passed out many times and the last time my daughter was with me and said I had stopped talking when we were walking and she looked over to see me slowly slouching to the ground. I wore a heart monitor but never felt any symptoms while wearing it. The year before due to chest pressure and having a hard time breathing I did see a heart Dr. who had me run on a treadmill and indicated I had an irregular heart beat in an upper chamber but that many people do . I mentioned that what I was talking about never happened while I was running but that was the end of the appointment. I have a glucose serum level that changes with no real cause from normal to borderline not normal. My BUN/Creatinine ratio just came back as 27 and my B12 level came back as 1388 . Although my ovaries were removed last year my FSH is 17.8. I have days where I feel normal and can work out and get a ton done . I have days where my muscles feel weak, my brain foggy and I'm exhausted beyond what I would think is normal... it is always on one of these days that I pass out.
