I am 57 and have taken Premarin .625 for 20 years due to total hysterectomy. I don't take any other meds. Ever. Recently I have been having silent migraines. Sometimes 3-5 in a day. I had migraines with pain and aura when I was younger but none in years. Also frequent hiccups and yawning excessively. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that my nails are changing color. My lunula in thumbs is turning purple and on my left hand there are purple verticle streaks on my nails. Should I be concerned? And could it be related to my hormone use?
