I Am 59 Years Old And Somewhat Overweight But Have

I am 59 years old and somewhat overweight but have generally had all blood work in normal or better ranges. I was just sitting in my chair reading and my heart started racing uncomfortably. Not really pain, but the feeling made me panic somewhat. Last night I had terrible and not explainable indigestion and tiredness. Today I felt much better until this evening, when the heart thing happened. I also have a slight headache now, which is pretty uncommon for me. Should I be concerned? Or do anything sooner than later?
