I Am 6 Weeks Post Open Heart Surgery (5 Bypasses).

I am 6 weeks post open heart surgery (5 bypasses). I have been checking my blood pressure and it is excessively high. I have had one upper level reading of over 200, 196/132, 200/134, 206/138, 176/111 etc. I take a dose of metaprolol in the morning and in the evening at 12 hour intervals. I just visited my cardiologist 2 days ago and in his office my blood pressure was 144/90. Is it likely the Omron wrist device I am using to check my blood pressure is inaccurate or do I need to seek medical attention tonight given the BP readings I am getting?
