I am 60 years old-female and had a total hysterctomy 2 years ago for stage 1 uterine cancer. I have been having pain low in the lower left abdomen off and on and usually in the morning and it gets better after I'm up awhile. It feels sharp and also hurts in my lower back and perinium also. It is painful if I press on my lower left side. No problem with constipation or diarrhea. No bleeding. No fever. No trouble with urination.
