I Am 60 Yrs Old. I Have M.S. And Lupus.

I am 60 yrs old. I have M.S. and Lupus. For the past few months my left forearm from my wrist to my elbow has been numb. Kind of like I was giving a shot of Novocaine. It is making me
nervous because of the length of time it has been numb. I feel rediculus going to a doctor. I have not done anything to strain it nor have done anything to have pulled a muscle either. What do I do about it? Any suggestions? Thank you for you attention on this matter. Sincerely, Kathy Briceno
