I Am 63 Years Old And Have Diabetes HTN And

I am 63 years old and have diabetes HTN and glaucoma taking medicine for allthree. Lately I have been extremely tired , sometimes dizzy and now the corners of my mouth are sore. My medical conditions are under control , but I am to the point of almost non functional , which I can not allow to happen . I have an 11 year old boy with a learning difference and teach him at home , plus I am a widow ( no family support ) . I am not complaining but I have to get myself in shape . My meds are carvedilol bid , metformin and glyburide and dorzolamide/timolol bid . I also need to mention that I do not have health insurance . Again I do not mind paying out of pocket . For major concerns I would go overseas though .
