I Am 65, Diagnosed With RA In 2009. Currently Am

I am 65, diagnosed with RA in 2009. Currently am on 400mg hydroxychloroquine/day, 2mg folic acid, one shot of Actemra/week, and four 5mg pills of methotrexate/week. My skin recently has turned yellowish...not bad like liver patients. I am stage II with bone erosion, osteopenia/osteporosis (on cusp) and stage II OA. Is the fatigue and yellowing of my skin something to worry about? My liver and kidney numbers are out of the normal range now but "not terrible".
