I Am 66 Y.o. Female. I Am Active, Do A

I am 66 y.o. Female. I am active, do a body pump class 3x weekly. I do cardio active work including bicycle, stair master and tread mill at a gym at least an hour 4-5 x weekly. We walk about 3 miles daily. I am 68" and 150 lbs.. Normal labs.
My concern- I get very winded climbing uphill and can only do the stairs for 20 minutes max and that is tough. My HR remains at about 140-145 and has never reduced from the. Time I started this routine during the past year. Am I looking at a cardiovascular problem or is this the max I can expect? Thank you
