I am 70 yrs old and had a vaginal hystorectomy when I was 35. I was nver able to take birth control pills due to hormonal problems. I took Premarin for 10 years starting when I was 50. I have a history of urinary tract infections. I have been seeing a urologist who prescribed Premarin creme and this has helped with infections. Now I am having abdominal pain and severe burning when I urinate. No blood just burning. Could I be having an allergic reaction to the Premarin creme?
