I am 71 and in good health. For the last month I have had a very intense pain in my upper left arm between my elbow and shoulder. I wake up with it in the morning and if it is not too bad it it goes away. Sometime I take an ibuprofen and it goes away. I have always slept on my left side but no longer do. It is not bruised and I do not remember hitting it and I did not have a fall. Judy
