I Am 71 Years Old And Have Taken Estradiol Tablets

I am 71 years old and have taken Estradiol tablets (1 mg) for 18 yrs. My cardiologist refuses to renew my prescription because I have a heart attack nine months ago. There is no evidence that the estradiol contributed to my heart attack. I have a genetic history of mother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, who died of heart disease. How can I convince him that estradiol is less risk for me than my genetic history is?
