I Am 73 Female, Good Health Except I Have Small

I am 73 female, good health except I have small nerve fiber neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and have been diagnosed over the years with chronic depression. About 6 months ago, I stopped taking Duloxetine 20-m40mkg. Lately, I am so fatigued that my eyes are at half-mast all the time and people wonder if I'm in a hang-over. I don't drink alcohol or have I been taking any other meds except metropolol 25 mg for prolapse mitral valve. I had been on the Duloxetine for about 9 months, when I got a very bad rash on my chest that didn't seem to want to go away. I do not have the rash now. I thought it could be because of the Duloxetine.
