I am 74 years old and broke my hip 2 1/4 years ago. I had a prolia injection about 3 months ago and have been in terrible pain my lower back and my muscles. I feel it is the injection that is causing my pain. My bone density is 65%. I have been told I have to keep taking the injection every 6 months. I have been fit bowling & swimming every day & now find I can't continue as much as I used to. I have had every xray, ultra sound, physio,sports doctors & acupuncture. After my operation I had an 8cm clot in my calf for 3 months before it was found and have not been right since. I have a walking stick outside of the house. Regards Faye
