I Am 83 Years Old, Female, And I Have Recently

I am 83 years old, female, and I have recently had the feeling of a cold drop of water primarily on my left leg, but sometimes it is as if I have stepped on a drop of cold water. I am very active but have atrial fib and take medicine for cholesterol and blood pressure, warfarin, a water pill, and one for overactive bladder. Could my medicine be causing this, or is it something else? I also use eye drops for glaucoma. I have some blurred vision when reading.
