I am 9 weeks today. I have been constipated going about every other day. I had my first prenatal apt two days ago. Everything checked out fine. A few hours after the exam I went to the bathroom (I had already gone pee a few times and everything was fine) to try to have a BM. I didn't think I was straining that hard, I am very cautious of everything. I have had a 22 weeker, 32 weeker and one full term (all involved cerclage and progesterone). During that BM I noticed mucus tinged with blood. I am concerned that it was my mucus plug. The last time I saw mucus and blood was the week before I had both my 22 and 32 weeker. Could I have passed that that Early? My doc seems to think it's nothing but I am not so sure. But I'm super freaked out bc of my past pregnancies.
