I had an Heart attack in November,2001, March 2011 and again in March 2015. I had to undergo angioplasty with one stent in 2015. All three occasions I had breathlessness which is still a big problem I am suffering from. In addition heart medication I had consulted a Psychiatrist who advised me Tab. Escitalopram-10 1 tab daily and one tab of Alprax 0.25 mg SOS. I have a sound sleep for 4 to 5 hours during night and one hour daily after lunch without any sleeping pill.
