I Am S. Manikantan From Chennai. I Had A TMT

I am S. Manikantan from Chennai. I had a TMT on 31.03.2016 as part of Annual Health Check up mandated by my office. The report has turned Positive. The comments are "Positive for inducible or indivisible ischemia. Abnormal". I am worried. Am I in for a serious attack? I have been having chest pain frequently since September 2015. The first time was after I sat 24 hours in a day non-stop without sleep and worked based on a threat from the Boss that I should do an urgent work. After I did that work (unprecedented in my life as I have never stayed awake in the night without a wink; even for Shivaratri when I have stayed awake, I am sure I would taken some winks). After that day I have been experiencing pain in the chest frequently. People say it is because of indigestion. I agree I don't have a good digestive system. Of course I have never sweated whenever I got the pain. Now, while I am typing this, I am still experiencing pain and a mild sweating in the forehead. However the sweat may be because of the extreme heat and though I am working in an AC environment, the AC may not be good at this point (11.21 am). Please advise me.
