I am a 19 year old female and I just recently had a medically induced abortion using mifepristone and misoprostol when the pregnancy was just entering it's 14th work the foetus and everything was discharged but I am now experiencing discomfort in my rectal and abdominal area ,my buttocks hurt , I'm also experiencing sharp pain in lower left abdomen and pelvic area and also having gases what could be the cause
