I am a 21 year old female with a history of ovarian cancer in my family. I've been in and out doctors/ER for right lower abdominal pain and no one has seemed to figure out why this is happening. When I sneeze or cough I feel like someone just stabbed my ovary. I can't even have sex anymore because I can feel him touching the ovary. I have switched birth controls and am currently taking 600mg of IBU. Should I go back to the ER now?
