I am a 21 year old male (170 lbs.) on month 3 of accutane, I took the blood test today for my new medication. Last night I totally forgot about my appointment and had one drink with dinner (Vodka Soda, small size of drink), I normally have tested low for liver enzymes, will that one drink affect my tests?
