I am a 22 year old female. Recently, sex has become painful. When I stuck my finger inside of my vagina, I felt a lump. It was located pretty far inside and was only painful when touched. I'd guess it's the size of a dime. I tried to casually push a fart out and was met with extreme pain. (farting itself is painless, but it hurts to push one out.) There is no discharge, no bad smells and I'm urinating normally. It might be worth noting that I feel nauseous nearly every time I eat and I often feel lightheaded and tired.
