I Am A 25 Y/o F. In Oct. Of 2015

I am a 25 y/o F. In Oct. of 2015 I noticed a lump in my neck. I had decided it could simply be a swollen lymph node and decided to watch it. Well, it is now May and the nodule has increased in size greatly compared to where it was at. I started seeing a GP who did a thyroid panel and US. The panel came back with a normal TSH, increased FT3, and decreased FT4. The US showed at least one 2 cm nodule on the Thyroid. There are symptoms which include tenderness, fatigue, and some neck pack. My current situation makes health care a slow process. My question is simply should I be concerned?
