Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 26 year old female and I have been checking my blood pressure for the past few weeks (the first time, it was for no reason when I was in a supermarket). The systolic pressure is usually from the mid-90s to the early 100s whereas the diastolic pressure is usually between 51-55 and rarely over 60. I work out a lot, eat healthy and have no medical condition that I know of. I do feel pretty stressed and tired because of school and don't get as much sleep as I would like, but that's about it. Is this something that I should discuss with a doctor at my university health centre? Thank you.
