I am a 27 year old female. I've been having palpations this year and a half now which is totally abnormal for myself. Before ive had pain in my chest which got better with aspirin. Well yesterday and today I've been suffering pain in my left chest and it feels like it's in shoulder blade as well. It's dull/achy and also feels pinching at times. I took a baby aspirin last night and it felt better . The pain is back and it's happening as I write this now. My chest feels lightly heavy not much don't know if I'm giving myself panic on top of it. Are these signs of a heart attack coming on possibly?
