I am a 30 year old male and I have been experiencing on-and-off again pain in my right testicle as well as up the abdomen going to the right hip. The testicle swells and is in pain at random times. There is also lower back pain at the top of the right hip that often corresponds with this. I would rate the pain as similar to a sudden injury to the groin and over the years it has progressively intensified. I am fairly healthy, close to correct weight for height and eat well, no STDs, and have never sustain any major injury to the area. There is diabetes in my family, which I have not tested for in many years but this pain started before then.

As a side, I do not have insurance and out of pocket is very little for me. If I was to combat this alone, what could I do to alleviate the pain?
