I am a 30 year old male and have a weird raised bumpy rash on my right buttock. Only on one side. It appeared two days ago. I thought it was an ingrown pimple. Yesterday, the swelling was more severe and I had a fever, chills and dizziness, hot and cold sweats. I can send a picture.
