I Am A 32 Year Old Male, 68" And 200lb.

I am a 32 year old male, 68" and 200lb. My PCP drew my total testosterone 7 months ago secondary to symptoms of fatigue, low sex drive, headaches, mood swings, anxiety/anger. My total testosterone was 185ng by quest diagnostics. I've been treated with 100mg of depo testosterone injection every other week. Redraw last month showed a total testosterone of 118ng and free at 31.3pg quest range 35-155. My PCP referred me to and endocrinologist. They don't feel I have an issue and stated it was a fatty liver due to my DM2 which has always been <7.1 A1C since diagnosed five years ago in the Army. My last A1C was 5.8 controlled with diet and exercise. He drew a SHBG and prolactin. Results are pending. He took me off testosterone and wants to see me in 3 months. Does this sound right? Even if my SHBG is low should I still not be treated with HRT at those levels?
