I am a 32 year old male. The only serious health issues I have had is at 1 month old had open heart surgery because of a valve not working. I will have to have a artificial valve later in life I am told. I have been working on a county road and bridge crew, manual labor, driving big machinery. For the past several months I hurt all over. I use to ride a bike and run every night. Now can't. Now I can't find a comfortable position to sit or lie down. I can't sleep very long because I hurt all over. My muscles hurt! Arms constantly ache. Sharp pain in my neck once in awhile. No strength in my arms.
